The Richmond Recreation Centre includes some of Melbourne’s best aquatic and fitness facilities, and attracts more than 450,000 visitors each year. In 2007, it was awarded ‘Metropolitan Facility of the Year’ at the Aquatics and Recreation Victoria Industry Awards.

The Centre includes the well-appointed and spacious main gym and dedicated Teaching specific “Gym 2”. Both gyms are equipped with the latest cardiovascular and strength equipment. Fitness students have exclusive use of Gym 2 during class times which provides for a fantastic learning experience. This is very different from a number of other course providers who are forced to share space with gym members which can get very crowded and frustrating when equipment cannot be accessed when required.

The group exercise room has a sprung floor and air conditioning which provides a safe and comfortable environment for learning the moves required for you to be able to confidently teach a range of exercise to music group fitness classes such as Hi Lo, Step and Martial Arts to Music.
